Participants registration

1. Become DPG member (optional)

Should you decide to become a DPG member, please apply for membership online, prior to registration to the conference. Your DPG-membership-number will be issued within 24 hours on working days.

Registration for the conference as a DPG member is possible as soon as membership has been applied, even if you do not yet have the membership number.

2. Registration as participant

  • Early-bird-fee:
    online registration until 7 February 2025, at the latest
    AND
    payment of the conference fee until 14 February 2025, at the latest
    (Payment must be credited to bank account of DPG e.V. this day latest!)
  • Normal fee:
    online registration until 5 March 2025, at the latest
    OR
    registration on site at the conference office

It is strongly recommended to make use of the online participants registration to reduce waiting times locally.

3. Payment

Please follow the payment information in your registration confirmation which you will receive within 24 hours on working days.

The conference fees are exempt from Value Added Tax and payment will be made on the basis of the booking and payment information sent by e-mail after registration. A payment receipt (receipt without Value Added Tax) for the fee paid will be given to all participants on site at the conference office. Should a proper invoice (in accordance with § 14 Abs. 4 Umsatzsteuergesetz) be necessary, please request it here.

If the payment of the conference fee is made by your institute or employer as a combined bank transfer, please note the corresponding information.

Please note that purchase orders cannot be accepted and processed by us.

The payment of the (normal) registration fee is also possible on site at the conference office by giro, debit or credit card (VISA and MasterCard).

If possible, we ask you to refrain from cash payments! Please understand that we can not accept 200 Euro banknotes.

4. Confirmation of payment receipt and delivery of QR Code

All registered participants who have paid their conference fee in full and on time will usually receive a confirmation with a QR Code shortly after receipt and booking of the payment, but no later than one week before the start of the conference. The QR Code allows a quick check-in ("Express-Check-In") in the conference office. In this way the queue time can be reduced significantly.
